Easy and fast!

Constantly impressed with MacPaw and their support. I’ve been a long-time user of CleanMyMac and they’re constantly improving their product. Worth every penny!

Near-Instant feedback and assistance
Having used CleanMyMac for some years, I decided to add CleanMyPC to my work computer. Alas, when I bought the license the download link I was sent was broken. I found the online chat feature and the problem was resolved immediately by a Carpathian cat (I'd asked if s/he was a cat or an otter, and got a friendly response). Very pleasing to have instant human support.

The customer service is friendly transparant and fast. They stand for their product. I have had an issue with a subscription and they correctly solved it by giving back my money. If you need a company with a more than good customer service where you are really appreciated as a customer I can advise MacPaw.
